Stefany is a go-getter. She joined Wightman in 2008 and ever since has been laser-focused on the success of the company’s clients, her co-workers, her education, and her family. Stefany’s passion for efficiency and organization makes her the Architecture Studio’s champion for coherent project production. She has a thirst for learning. So much so that since joining the company, she has earned a bachelor’s degree and her MBA. Stefany’s education and skillset arm her with the ability to see a project seamlessly through design development and construction documentation.

Personal Note
Stefany has a large family including an identical twin sister. Her "away-from-the-office" passions are her husband and four children, horseback riding, golf, and deer hunting.
