Michael Moy
Reality Capture Lead
A self-proclaimed computer software nerd, Michael specializes in using information gathered through high-definition laser scanning (HDLS) to create building information modeling (BIM) for clients. In just a few clicks, he can cut through virtual images of buildings to reveal sections and floor plans that provide clients with 3D project views, measurements, and information to create plans and elevation drawings. Michael joined Wightman in 2018 as a Reality Capture Modeler & BIM Specialist and is one of the company’s FAA certified drone pilots. With an educational background in architecture, he also assists the Wightman Architecture Studio when needed.

Personal Note
This sports enthusiast is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have two daughters. Michael’s favorite teams are the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings, but most of all, Notre Dame football. Go Irish!
Mike enjoys being able to point at a building and say he had a part in making it, that's why he got into architecture. He worked on 50+ Meijer store remodels.
