Samuel Leatch, PE
Civil Engineer
Samuel is a Project Manager who joined Wightman in 2015. As part of the Engineering team of professionals, Samuel is responsible for analysis, design, and construction management for municipal and private engineering projects. He assists clients through a process of real-world problem solving to successfully implement the most efficient, cost-effective projects in the areas of roadway planning, bridge design, culvert design, storm sewer design, and site design. Trained through the National Highway Institute to conduct inspections of in-service bridges, he has assisted several clients with bridge safety inspections.
