Civil Engineer
Melanie is an energetic and passionate civil engineer with experience in transportation including roundabout design, roadway design and modeling, and hydraulic design and analysis. She became part of the Wightman team in 2017 and brought with her five years of experience from the Indianapolis area. Melanie enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with her clients to develop best solutions for their transportation and site-related challenges. Through designing, bidding, and construction support, she works closely with clients to improve the local and regional communities.
