Kevin has served as a designer, inspector, manager, owner, client, and contractor during his 20+ year career in civil engineering. These experiences allow him to bring a unique understanding of clients’ needs to each project and provide them with comprehensive solutions to water, sewer, and municipal infrastructure problems. Kevin’s hands-on knowledge of systems, materials, and construction techniques inspire workable, sustainable solutions. Kevin became part of the Wightman team in 2016. As Project Engineer, he has been instrumental in the assessment, improvement plan creation, and report preparation for 26 community SAW Grant projects.
