Since joining Wightman in 2006, Philip has worked in a variety of capacities – surveying, construction staking, and drafting and design – all of which have given him the hands-on perspective he applies to every project in his current role as a Regional Director of the firm's Kalamazoo office. Philip provides clients with timely and efficient solutions to their current problems and advises them on potential issues on the horizon. His expertise is in transportation design; asset management planning; water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer design; road reconstruction and rehabilitation; and identifying grants and other funding sources.
