Since joining the Wightman in 2006, Philip has worked in a variety of capacities – surveying, construction staking, and drafting and design – all of which have given him the hands-on perspective he applies to every project in his current role as a Senior Civil Engineer. Philip provides clients with timely and efficient solutions to their current problems and advises them on potential issues on the horizon. His expertise is in transportation design; asset management planning; water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer design; road reconstruction and rehabilitation; and identifying grants and other funding sources.
