Jon Utter

The best design in the world is only as effective as the quality of work that goes into building the project. As a member of the inspection team with over 12 years of experience, two of which have been with Wightman, it is Jon’s responsibility to help ensure design specifications are followed during construction. You will normally find him on various municipal project job sites making sure each step of the process meets Wightman’s high standards. Jon finds it rewarding to meet with contractors and municipal officials knowing that his expertise is critical to the delivery of a high-quality end product and proper use of government funds.
