Network & Systems Administrator

The tools Wightman team members rely on to do their jobs – from computers and wifi to cell phones and software – are managed and maintained by Denise. She joined Wightman in 2014 as their network and systems administrator and daily applies her more than 10 years of computer technology experience to supporting each and every Wightman location. Among her many responsibilities, she oversees technology purchases; configures, installs, and maintains workstations; administers the VOIP phone system and cell phone plans; and oversees network servers, systems, and wifi access points. She also manages the helpdesk system, technology asset tracking, email administration, and the company’s security systems.
