Coloma Township Hall-Coloma, Michigan
Wightman provided full-service architectural design, site design, surveying, construction engineering, and contract administration services for construction of a new 9,400-square-foot building that houses the Township administrative offices, Police Department, and a substation for Pride Care Ambulance. A boardroom was included to house the Township meetings as was a locker room facility. The site design was especially difficult due to its triangular shape. Also provided was demolition of the existing structure and removal of asbestos materials from the site.
This project was funded in part by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development.
