In 1997, Kelly began working for Wightman. More than 20 years later, she is an experienced land surveyor who helps to provide commercial, municipal, and utility clients with quality services. Her main focus is on utility right-of-way projects including project coordination, client outreach, boundary calculations, and easement preparations. She has experience with boundary and ALTA Land Title Surveys in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and her expertise also includes topographic surveys and software training and workflow development. Kelly also fills several technology related support and advisory roles within Wightman.
