If you visit Wightman’s Kalamazoo office, odds are good that you will be greeted with a cheerful welcome from Colleen. This Wightman Rocks Award winner joined the company in 2014. In her role as administrative assistant, she supports the office with invoicing, fielding telephone inquiries, and a multitude of other vital administrative functions that make good use of her customer service skills as well as her Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
