Caitlin's passion for civil engineering was sparked early, with a love for math and science that evolved into a drive to create impactful solutions for communities. During her academic journey, she completed three civil engineering internships, solidifying her commitment to the field. In 2024, Caitlin joined Wightman as a civil engineer, where she excels in building strong client relationships to deliver practical, innovative project solutions. Drawing on her unique combination of creativity and collaboration, she produces highly detailed and precise designs for commercial sector clients, consistently exceeding their expectations.
