Construction Field Service Technician
Bret joined Wightman in 2024 as a Construction Services Inspector, and he brings with him a wealth of experience in the field. Bret was previously an outside plant construction field supervisor for four years, where he developed a strong foundation for overseeing projects, quality control oversight, and regulatory compliance. Bret will now perform inspections and materials testing on roadway projects throughout West Michigan. He will ensure that materials used during construction meet the project's specifications and quality standards while maintaining accurate, detailed records of inspections, test results, and compliance to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
