Brady is strategic and analytical, two characteristics that serve him well. He has a thirst for knowledge and completed his Masters in Engineering by the time he was 22! As a PE, his thoughtful approach to projects makes him an ideal team member in the Wightman civil engineering department. He has the uncanny ability to "see" a project before it's even constructed and enjoys being on-site to witness the progress that is achieved.
