Ashley Hilder

Ashley got her start with Wightman in 2005 and, during her nearly 15-year career, she has served in numerous survey capacities, including crew chief. As a senior production technician, she works with clients to understand their needs, provides them with information about the options Wightman can provide, and develops accurate proposals. Ashley takes the time to explain the "how" and "why" of the process so clients have a better concept of next steps, timelines, and what to expect. When field work is complete, she drafts boundary surveys and provides the finished certified survey drawing to the client.
