Trenton joined Wightman's Construction Services team, working out of the Benton Harbor office, in 2025. He serves as an on-site representative, helping ensure transportation designs are built as intended while working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly and safely. With more than five years of experience on highway, bridge, and roadway projects across the country, Trenton brings practical, field-tested insight to each job. His background in construction inspection, utility installation, documentation, and heavy equipment operation helps support quality work and clear communication from start to finish.
