Ryan Parrington, EIT
Civil Engineer
Ryan, an Engineer-in-Training (EIT), works out of Wightman’s Kalamazoo office as a member of the civil engineering team, specializing in site development. Ryan began his career in summer 2023 with a different consultant before joining Wightman in September 2025. He currently works on the site team, providing civil engineering design services for a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted Chicago Bears fan...which means he knows that hard work and persistence are key to a job well done.
