Rob Fisher joined Wightman in 2025 as a Field Technician in the Survey Department, serving government and commercial clients throughout the South Bend region. Drawing on his previous experience with a large general contractor, Rob brings valuable construction layout knowledge to the field, helping ensure projects are accurately mapped and positioned from the ground up.

Rob enjoys the hands-on nature of surveying and takes pride in delivering precise, dependable work that supports successful project outcomes. His construction background gives him a practical understanding of the field and allows him to collaborate effectively with project teams and contractors.
