Nicollette joined Wightman in 2022 with 10 years of experience in the AEC industry focusing on marketing, social media, business development, and client relations. In her current role, as Director of Marketing, she oversees the business development efforts for the firm, builds brand awareness, and enhances client relationships. She is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, Southeast Michigan Chapter and currently serves as President. She previously served on the Board of Directors as Membership Director from 2022-2024 and President Elect in 2024-25.
