Joel East, PS

Joel is a Professional Land Surveyor with Wightman, licensed in both Michigan and Indiana. He began his career with the company in 2003. After leaving to attend Ferris State University in 2008, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Engineering with Mathematics minor, he went on to build his expertise in the surveying field. He returned to the Wightman family in 2020 with more than 17 years of experience. A member of the Michigan Society of Professional Land Surveyors and the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Joel’s areas of specialty include boundary surveys, construction staking, ALTA Surveys, and topographic surveys.
