Home-grown talent! Fred started at Wightman in 2019 as an survey field technician and loved his internship so much he extended it into 2020 and 2021. After moving up north for a year, he returned to Southwest Michigan...and to Wightman! Fred traded his outdoor work environment for the office in Benton Harbor where he now is responsible for developing client relationships, scheduling field crews, and providing accurate deliverables.
