Eliza McCallum

Eliza McCallum is a Civil Engineer based in Wightman's Benton Harbor office, where she has been helping clients solve infrastructure challenges since joining the firm since 2024. She enjoys finding practical, forward-thinking solutions and brings an organized, strategic approach to every project. Eliza's natural ability to connect ideas, adapt to changing needs, and see the big picture helps her deliver results that support both clients and communities. Having passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, she is working towards achieving her Professional Engineer licensure. 

Outside of project work, Eliza values giving back to the community and is committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and making a positive impact wherever she can.
