Dakota Neff joined Wightman in 2026 as a member of the Construction Services team, bringing a strong background in quality assurance, customer service, and field operations. Before joining the firm, Dakota spent eight years in client-facing roles where attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving were essential to delivering successful outcomes.

At Wightman, Dakota performs construction inspection and materials testing, helping verify that projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with contractors, project teams, and clients, Dakota plays an important role in supporting safe, durable, and successful infrastructure projects throughout the construction process.
