For Amy, her career in Human Resources has come full circle. In her first professional HR position after college, she joined a specialty chemical company located at 433 E. Ransom St. in Kalamazoo. Her career blossomed and led her to firms throughout the United States where she encouraged, engaged, and developed employees. In time, Amy's desire to return to her roots led her back to Michigan where she continued to share her 29 years of progressive HR support and leadership. Fast forward to 2023: Amy returned home to 433 E. Ransom St. as Wightman's Human Resources Director where she focuses on attracting and retaining great talent.
