With over 25 years of executive management experience in the public and private sectors, Frank provides clients with the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive asset management programs. This has included more than $16 million in Michigan Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) grants for 26 municipalities and is now expanding into community-wide asset management programs encompassing sanitary, storm, water, road, bridge, parks, and building projects. He has a proven ability to achieve results, manage core functions such as strategic planning and business development, and successfully complete projects with municipalities.
